There's no turning back

It's official.

Even if I want to, I can't back out now.

I paid my money and registered. I will run the 5K in April.

Do you run otherwise? My husband has accomplished two marathons. I've been tempted to have what you do looming over my head, but haven't had the guts.

Good for you.

I used to run pretty consistently, about 2 miles three times a week, but then I moved and somewhere along the way I lost my gym habits and my motivation to run. Slowly I'm working on finding those habits again.

Yay!!!

And emdee, go for it!! Whether it's a 5k, 10k, half marathon, MARATHON - my belief is that, if you can train for it, you can do it. And anyone can train.

It's so worth it.
