I decided to give my legs a rest from running today.
Even though I wasn't going to run, I still headed over to the YMCA after work and spent some time on the bike. Pedaled 13 miles in 45 minutes and finished up with some strength and ab work. Overall a decent Wednesday night at the gym.
But perhaps the best part of the night?
Coming home and checking my e-mail. I got one from Amazon.com telling me my order had shipped. So excited! I can't wait for that brown box to arrive! And now I'm sure I'm going to be compulsively tracking the package so I know exactly where it is.
That's all I've got for today.

I need to make it over to my Y. Why do I pay for this membership? My TM downstairs is just too convenient. ANd I'm scared to try any of their other equipment -- isn't that silly??
Is it here yet??! I ordered another Garmin product and a new book last week and I can't wait for them to arrive!!!!!
